Minnetonka Community Education is seeking energetic, caring individuals to join our Summer Program team. In this role, you will provide guidance and supervision to children in grades K–5, creating a safe and fun environment where every child can thrive.

Your Role Will Include:

• Provide guidance and supervision of children in grades K-5, under the direction of program supervisors. 

Qualifications:

• Evidence of passion for and experience in working with children.
• Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate to both children and adults.
• Evidence of ability to accept direction and work as a team member.
• Evidence of understanding of and willingness to abide by confidentiality policy and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Evidence of organizational and communication skills.
• Proven record of punctuality and responsibility.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

Salary and Benefits:

• Age 16+, start $14.63/hour, $15.07/hour (eff. 7/1/26).
• Age 15, start $12.40/hour, $12.77/hour (eff. 7/1/26).

Location & Shift Times:

• June 11 - August 21, 2026.
• Excelsior Elementary, Scenic Heights Elementary, Minnetonka Community Education Center.
• Monday - Friday, 4-8 hour shifts, 7 AM - 6 PM.
